Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a busy commercial litigation practice in San Francisco with a focus on product liability and mass-tort matters. The role is client-facing and involves managing complex, high-stakes litigation from intake through trial and appeal.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role on litigation strategy, supervision of associates, and cross-practice collaboration. There is strong opportunity to expand the practice through business development and by mentoring junior lawyers.

Admitted to practice in California (or able to obtain admission)
Established commercial litigation practice with significant experience in product liability and mass-tort matters
Proven trial and hearing experience and strong courtroom advocacy
Proven business development skills and client relationship management
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
