Top-tier law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its litigation and securities practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on complex securities litigation, enforcement and investigations, and bet-the-company commercial disputes for healthcare and life-sciences clients, including matters involving digital health.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling cross‑disciplinary matters that cut across white‑collar, regulatory and civil litigation work. The position offers significant client exposure, leadership of high‑profile matters, and a platform to expand a practice in healthcare and life sciences industries.

• Established partner with a demonstrable record of leading securities and litigation matters
