An established litigation practice in Chicago is seeking a lateral partner to join its securities and white-collar litigation team. The role will involve leading high‑stakes securities disputes, white‑collar defense matters, and related regulatory work for corporate and individual clients.

The successful candidate will supervise case strategy and trials, manage and mentor associates, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex, multi‑jurisdictional matters. There is an expectation to contribute to business development and to grow client relationships.

Seasoned litigation partner with significant securities and/or white‑collar experience.
Proven trial and courtroom/contested‑hearing experience preferred.
Ability to manage teams, mentor junior lawyers, and lead matter strategy.
Licensed to practice in Illinois (or eligible to transfer) and admitted to federal courts desirable.
Portable client relationships/business development capability is a plus.
