Experienced litigation partner sought to join a busy Cleveland litigation group with a strong securities and white-collar practice. The role will handle complex commercial and securities-related disputes across trial and appellate levels.

The team represents a mix of corporate and individual clients in government investigations, enforcement matters and commercial litigation. The hire will work closely with other offices and receive support from an established litigation platform.

Open to partners with an existing portable practice; business development capability and a track record of originating or expanding client relationships will be valued.

Admitted to practice and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s)
Substantial litigation experience, including securities or white-collar matters
Demonstrated trial and/or contested-hearing experience
Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow a litigation practice
