Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join the Dallas litigation team with a focus on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will lead complex civil and criminal-oriented litigation, manage trial preparation, and mentor associates.

The partner will work across regulatory and securities-contested matters, interfacing with in-house clients and coordinating with national practice teams. The firm values candidates who can develop client relationships and contribute to strategic business growth.

Partner-level experience in securities litigation, white-collar defense, or related contested regulatory matters
Proven trial or significant dispositive motion experience and case leadership
Strong client-development skills; portable book of business welcome
Active bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and JD from accredited law school
