Seeking a partner to join a major national law firm allas litigation team, focusing on securities litigation and related white-collar matters. The role involves leading complex disputes, managing trial and appellate work, and advising corporate clients across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will help grow and mentor a litigation bench, develop client relationships, and work collaboratively with national practice groups. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice; business-development capability is important.

Established partner-level litigation experience, with a strong securities litigation and/or white-collar background
Proven trial or significant courtroom experience and a track record of handling complex disputes
Demonstrated business development and client-management skills; ability to grow a book of business or integrate a portable practice
Active admission to the Texas bar (or eligibility) and ability to work from the Dallas office
