Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles litigation team with a focus on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will involve leading complex securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and enforcement defense work across federal and state forums.

The team handles high-stakes, bet-the-company litigation and parallel regulatory matters for institutional and corporate clients. The practice offers significant courtroom and trial-readiness opportunities and collaboration with experienced litigators across the U.S.

Ideal candidates will have an established litigation practice and the ability to bring and grow client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is welcome.

Partner-level litigation experience with a strong focus on securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
Proven trial and motion practice; experience handling investigations and enforcement matters preferred
Track record of business development and client management; portable practice welcome
Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission
