Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its New York litigation team, with a focus on securities-related disputes and white-collar matters. The role will accept responsibility for high-stakes courtroom work and regulatory-driven litigation.

The partner will lead and mentor litigation teams on complex matters, manage relationships with private clients and regulators, and collaborate with other offices on cross-jurisdictional matters. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop client business is welcomed.

Admission to the New York bar and extensive litigation experience at partner level
Proven trial and/or regulatory investigation experience, ideally in securities and white-collar matters
Track record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Experience supervising associates and managing multi-party, multi-jurisdictional matters
