Leading US firm seeks a litigation partner to join its Omaha office to lead complex litigation matters with a securities/white-collar component. The role will handle trial and pre-trial strategy, case management and courtroom advocacy across civil and regulatory disputes.

The office supports cross-practice collaboration and offers significant institutional resources while maintaining latitude to develop and grow a portable litigation practice. Candidates should be prepared to originate and manage matters and mentor junior lawyers.

Established litigation partner with substantial trial and/or motion practice experience
Demonstrable experience in securities litigation and/or white-collar defense
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and any required federal admissions
Track record of developing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable origination capability is desirable
