An established litigation partner role in Ontario for an experienced trial and enforcement practitioner. The position focuses on commercial litigation, securities-related disputes and white-collar matters, across both plaintiff and defence-side work.

The team handles complex, high-stakes matters for corporate and individual clients. The firm seeks a senior hire who can lead cases, supervise associates and contribute to business development within the litigation and securities practice.

Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California or other state admissions relevant to Ontario practice)
Proven partner-level litigation experience with securities and white-collar enforcement matters
Track record of leading trials/hearings and managing associate teams
Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and contribute to client origination
