Established litigation team in San Francisco seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand securities-related and white-collar matters. The role focuses on high-stakes courtroom and regulatory work across complex commercial and enforcement disputes.

The successful candidate will join a national practice platform with significant regional support and cross-office resources. This is an opportunity to take on client-facing leadership, mentor junior lawyers, and build a portable practice within an active litigation and securities group.

Partner-level track record handling complex securities litigation and/or white-collar defense matters
Proven client-development and relationship-management skills; portable business preferred
Strong trial and appellate experience and ability to supervise teams on high-stakes matters
Bar admission in California (or commitment to obtain) and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
