Partner — Litigation & Securities — Washington, D.C.

Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a high‑profile litigation team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on securities litigation and related white‑collar matters, handling complex, bet‑the‑company disputes and regulatory investigations for corporate clients.

The partner will lead courtroom and enforcement work, manage and mentor associates, and collaborate across practices to serve sophisticated clients. The team values proven litigation instincts, strong written and oral advocacy, and the ability to build and expand client relationships.

• Partner‑level litigator with a strong track record in securities litigation and/or white‑collar enforcement.
• Extensive trial and/or regulatory investigation experience and experience leading teams on complex matters.
• Licensed to practice in D.C. (or able to obtain admission) and eligible for bar admission as required.
• Proven business development skills; portable client relationships welcomed.
