Partner, Litigation & Technology — Dallas

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas litigation team with a strong focus on technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, class actions and privacy/data-protection matters across the technology sector.

The partner will be expected to develop and lead high-value matters, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with cross-practice teams. This is an opportunity to build a market-facing practice out of a well-resourced platform.

• Proven track record handling technology litigation, class actions, and privacy/data-protection matters
• Significant trial and/or complex litigation experience at partner level
• Strong client development and relationship-building skills
• Admission to practice in Texas (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
