Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to strengthen and grow its litigation and technology practice. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation with significant work in class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes.

The successful candidate will lead matters, manage and mentor litigation teams, and work closely with colleagues across practices to deliver solutions for technology-sector clients. There is a strong emphasis on business development and expanding client relationships in the region.

Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and substantial litigation experience at partner level
Proven expertise in technology-related litigation, including class actions and privacy/data-protection matters
Track record of leading case teams and managing client matters from intake through trial or resolution
Established business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination is advantageous
