Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions — Quebec / Montreal

Senior transactional partner opportunity with a major international firm’s Quebec practice. The role is focused on commercial M&A and corporate transactions; candidates may be based in one local office while working across the province as needed.

The team is growth-oriented and seeking active partners with expanding practices who will contribute to a busy M&A/transactional caseload. The firm is open to equity or fixed-capital partner structures depending on the candidate’s portable business.

• Significant experience in M&A and commercial transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and transactions
• Comfort collaborating across offices and with cross-border teams
• Ambitious, growth-focused partner with an active practice (not a retirement/"last move")
• Portable book of business of CAD $1.5M+ (CAD)
