Partner — Patent (Intellectual Property)

Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its intellectual property team with a primary focus on patent prosecution. The role is best suited to an originator who can also handle some service work for existing matters while building and managing their own client base.

While the immediate need is for a patent prosecution partner, the firm is also receptive to candidates from trademark prosecution or IP litigation backgrounds who can bring substantial portable business. The team offers collaborative support and opportunities to steward and grow client relationships.

• Established patent prosecution experience and strong technical knowledge
