Partner, Private Equity & M&A — Paris

Senior partner hire to lead and broaden a Private Equity and industrial M&A practice within an established Paris corporate/M&A team. The role will sit alongside a strong Energy & Infrastructure M&A capability and is intended to add senior transactional capacity.

The office is seeking a deal-focused partner able to originate and execute complex buyouts and strategic disposals, advise private equity sponsors and corporate buyers, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice/book of business is preferred to ensure an immediate contribution.

• Proven partner-level experience in private equity and industrial M&A transactions.
• Track record of originating and executing complex cross-border buyouts and disposals.
• Ability to integrate with and complement an Energy & Infrastructure M&A team.
• Client-facing, business-development capability; portable practice preferred.
