Partner — Real Estate & Construction, Cleveland

Senior partner-level opening for an attorney to lead and grow a Real Estate and Construction practice in the Cleveland office of a national law firm. The role combines business development, hands-on matter work and team leadership across construction disputes, transactional real estate and related litigation.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for building the local practice, managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to firm-wide practice initiatives. This is a visible role with opportunity to shape team strategy and originate new work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate matters
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and supervising associates
• Bar admission and ability to practice in Ohio
