Leading German law firm seeks an experienced partner to lead and expand its Real Estate & Construction practice in Cologne. The role focuses on advising on large-scale real estate, construction and infrastructure projects for domestic and cross-border clients.

The partner will handle a mix of transactional and contentious mandates, work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, and contribute to business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to win and retain clients is welcome.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany with substantial partner- or senior-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure work
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; experience leading teams on complex projects
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills across transactional and contentious matters
Fluent German and professional English; comfortable working on cross-border matters
