Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its Dubai real estate and construction team. The role will focus on advising on high-value development, construction and infrastructure matters across the region, working with a mix of institutional and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will lead mandates, grow a regional practice and work closely with multidisciplinary teams on transactional and project-related work. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including infrastructure and project work
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead deal teams
Experience advising on regional (UAE/Middle East) transactions and familiarity with local market/practice
Advocated admissions or qualifications in relevant jurisdictions and strong drafting/negotiation skills
