Real Estate & Construction Partner — Dubai

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a regional real estate and construction practice in Dubai. The role will handle complex development, construction and infrastructure matters across the UAE, advise owners, developers and contractors, and lead cross-border transactions and disputes as needed.

The post is practice-head level: you will build originations, manage client relationships, supervise and develop fee-earners, and work with regional and international teams on integrated matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level record in real estate, construction and infrastructure matters
• Demonstrable origination and client-management skills; experience leading teams and growing practice revenue
• Admitted or able to practice in the UAE or in a common-law jurisdiction with willingness to relocate to Dubai
