Established, market-facing law firm is recruiting a partner to lead and grow its Real Estate, Construction and Energy work from the Munich office. The role combines senior transactional and advisory work on large infrastructure, construction and property projects with business development responsibilities.

The team advises sponsors, developers, investors and infrastructure operators on project delivery, contract and procurement issues, and regulatory interfaces across transportation and energy-related projects. The hire will take a visible client-facing role and help expand the practice nationally.

A portable practice / proven client relationships are required; the firm is flexible on the size of an incoming book but expects demonstrable origination and revenue-generation capability.

Established partner-level experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure/energy matters (Germany-focused).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong transactional and advisory skills on construction contracts, project procurement and infrastructure transactions.
Admission to practise in Germany and excellent German and English commercial legal drafting and negotiation skills.
