A growing national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in Jefferson City. The role will lead client work across real estate development, transactional and construction-related matters and help expand the regional practice.

Open to candidates based nationwide; the team is particularly interested in partners with an established, portable practice aligned to real estate, construction, or related industry sectors. The role combines fee-earning practice with business development and practice leadership responsibilities.

Partner-level background in real estate and/or construction law, with a substantial track record of senior client work.
Proven ability to originate and grow business; portable book of business considered.
Experience handling development, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, financing support, and construction contracting or disputes.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
Strong client relationship, team leadership and business development skills.
