Partner, Real Estate & Construction Litigation - Chicago

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago litigation team focusing on construction- and real-estate-related disputes. The role emphasizes leading complex commercial litigation, supervising case strategy, and managing trial and appellate matters across the construction lifecycle.

The successful candidate will help grow and deepen client relationships, cross-sell into related practice areas, and mentor more junior lawyers. This is a business-development-focused partnership role with significant opportunity to shape a busy practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience handling construction litigation and complex real estate disputes
• Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy
• Demonstrated track record of client origination and business development
• Ability to lead teams, manage high-value matters, and collaborate across practices
