Partner — Real Estate & Construction Litigation — Indianapolis

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its Indianapolis real estate and construction litigation practice. The role will focus on handling complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related contract and risk matters for institutional and private clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team, take a visible client-facing role, and help build local market presence. This is a hands-on leadership position combining fee-earning, business development, and practice management responsibilities.

• Proven partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters
• Admission to practice in Indiana (or ability to obtain) and strong trial/arbitration experience
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
