Busy Seattle office seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow a combined real estate and construction litigation practice. The role focuses on commercial construction disputes, contract claims, and associated real estate matters across the Pacific Northwest.

The successful candidate will handle courtroom and arbitration work, supervise associates, and work directly with clients on high-stakes matters. There is opportunity to expand an existing book of business and play a central role in business development for the region.

Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and ability to manage complex cases
Track record of developing client relationships and growing revenue; portable practice welcome
Ability to supervise junior lawyers and contribute to local business development
Active bar admission in Washington (or willingness to obtain admission)
