Leading London office seeks a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction team. The role will advise on complex real estate and construction matters for UK and international clients across transactional and contentious workstreams.

The firm is looking for a senior hire who can contribute immediately at partner level, combining technical strength in real estate and construction law with proven commercial judgment. This is a visible role within the London practice with opportunities to lead client relationships and grow a market-facing book of business.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions and/or disputes).
Demonstrable track record of business development and managing senior client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical drafting, negotiation and project management skills.
Qualified to practise in England & Wales; based in or willing to relocate to London.
