London office of a leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Real Estate practice with a focus on construction-related work. The role will involve leading and originating mandates, advising institutional and corporate clients on complex property and construction matters, and growing a market-facing practice.

We are looking for a commercial, client-focused lawyer who can operate at partner level across transactional and advisory work. Candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply; construction-specialist candidates will be considered if they present a compelling, market-leading track record, though construction is not the only priority.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with established partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction work.
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters and relationships; ability to develop new business.
Strong technical knowledge of real estate and construction law combined with commercial judgement.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills; able to integrate into a fast-paced, client-focused practice.
