Partner, Real Estate & Construction — Minneapolis

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand a busy real estate and construction practice in the Minneapolis office. The role will handle a mix of transactional and contentious matters, with particular experience in land/development ('dirt law'), construction-related work, and hospitality-related real estate matters.

The partner will also support or collaborate with estate planning/succession work connected to real estate clients. The office offers a platform to grow client relationships and lead deal teams in a regional, full-service environment.

• Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction law, including transactional and litigation matters
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Experience with hospitality-related real estate matters and familiarity with succession/estate planning issues a plus
• Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
