Leading US law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York real estate and construction practice. The role focuses on traditional "dirt" real estate matters and construction-related work, with a client base concentrated on the East Coast and periodic matters in other U.S. markets.

The group also handles hospitality-related real estate transactions and provides sophisticated estate/succession planning advice for owners of real estate businesses. The successful candidate will have an established transactional and/or dispute-resolution practice and the ability to develop or bring portable client relationships.

Established partner with significant experience in commercial real estate and construction law (transactional and/or litigation).
Experience with hospitality-related real estate matters and familiarity with owner-focused succession or estate planning matters preferred.
Proven business-development capabilities; portability of clients or a demonstrable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in New York and ability to work across East Coast matters.
