Senior-level partner opportunity in a national law firm’s real estate and construction practice based in Omaha. The role combines client-facing deal work, project development and construction-related matters across commercial real estate transactions and disputes.

The firm is looking for a lawyer who can lead a team, develop new business and work collaboratively across industry groups. Candidates with an established, portable practice or demonstrable client origination history will be prioritized.

This is a visible position with opportunities for practice growth, cross-office collaboration and involvement in sophisticated, multi-disciplinary engagements.

Proven partner- or senior associate-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law (transactional and/or disputes).
Demonstrable track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable business welcomed.
Experience managing a team and mentoring junior lawyers.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
