Leading national firm seeks a partner to join its Palo Alto real estate and construction team. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work across leasing, development, industrial/logistics projects, resort development, and construction matters, with frequent overlap into healthcare, renewable energy and finance-related real estate matters.

The partner will advise sophisticated borrowers, owners, developers and institutional clients on acquisitions, dispositions, project development and financing, and will collaborate across sector-focused teams (healthcare, energy, finance) on cross-disciplinary matters.

A portable practice is welcomed but not required; the firm values candidates who can build and grow regional relationships while contributing to an established, multidisciplinary platform.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction transactions, including leasing, development and project/construction matters.
Experience with healthcare real estate, renewable energy projects or real estate finance is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-value transactions and lead client relationships; business development orientation.
Admissions/eligibility to practice in California or willingness to seek admission.
