Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction practice in the San Francisco office. The role will focus on partner-level matters across commercial real estate and construction matters, working with cross-disciplinary teams on transactions, leasing, development, and construction-related issues.

The firm is looking for an experienced practitioner with an established client base and the ability to originate and grow business in the region. The position offers a senior platform within a national practice and collaboration with real estate, finance, and litigation colleagues.

Partner-level experience in real estate and/or construction law (transactional and/or construction-related disputes)
Proven client development and business generation record; portable practice preferred
California bar admission (or ability to transfer/qualify)
Strong communication, team leadership, and deal-management capabilities
