Senior real estate and construction partner role at a highly regarded Swiss practice based in Zurich. The position combines transactional real estate work with construction-related advisory and dispute avoidance/resolution, serving domestic and cross-border clients.

The firm is seeking a leader to develop and grow the practice area, take ownership of client relationships and lead deal teams. Candidates with an established, portable practice and demonstrable business development capability are encouraged to apply.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practise in Switzerland (Zurich admission preferred) or equivalent jurisdiction.
Proven partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters, including transactional and advisory work.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice/established book of business desirable.
Commercial focus, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and ability to lead teams on complex matters.
