Senior real estate finance partner sought for a national practice with a strong construction and finance platform in Washington, D.C. The role will lead originate and execute complex real estate debt and equity transactions and construction-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a cross-disciplinary team advising lenders, developers and owners on financing structures, project delivery and risk allocation. This position requires a proven ability to manage high-value matters, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with finance and transactional colleagues.

A portable practice is welcome; the firm is looking for someone with an established client base and demonstrated business development success.

JD and active bar admission (Washington, D.C. preferred)
Partner-level experience in real estate finance and construction matters
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financing and construction transactions
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable practice preferred
Leadership experience mentoring teams and coordinating across practices
