Partner, Real Estate Litigation — San Diego

Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office to lead and grow a real estate litigation and construction disputes practice. The role will handle high-value commercial real estate and construction matters, including contested contract, mechanic's lien, and developer/owner disputes.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, develop new business, oversee case strategy, and work closely with the broader real estate and construction teams across the firm. Strong courtroom and ADR experience preferred.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling real estate litigation and construction disputes
• Proven client development and relationship management skills
• Strong trial and alternative dispute resolution record; team leadership experience
• Admission to practice in California (or ability to obtain)
