Partner, Restructuring & Bankruptcy — Phoenix

Senior partner role to lead and expand a restructuring and bankruptcy practice in the Phoenix office of a well-regarded national firm. The role will focus on leading complex corporate restructuring matters, advising distressed companies and creditors, and developing market-facing business opportunities.

Responsibilities include originating and managing engagements, supervising associates and cross-practice teams, and cultivating client relationships across the region. The team handles both out-of-court restructurings and formal insolvency proceedings.
