Partner – Restructuring & Corporate (Sioux Falls)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a restructuring and corporate practice in the Sioux Falls office of a leading international law firm. The role will focus on advising clients on insolvency, corporate reorganizations and related corporate matters.

Work with a cross-disciplinary team on complex restructurings and creditor/debtor representations, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the local practice through business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in restructuring, bankruptcy and related corporate transactions
• Experience leading client engagements and supervising teams
• Active admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify
