Leading German law firm seeks a partner to strengthen its Securities and Finance practice in Frankfurt. The role will combine capital markets and banking/finance work for corporate and institutional clients across domestic and cross-border transactions.

The team advises on equity and debt capital markets, securitisations and financing transactions; the partner will take a visible role on mandates, business development and team leadership.

Established partner-level background in capital markets and banking/finance transactions
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable practice desirable
Strong technical knowledge of German and EU securities and finance law
Fluent in German and English; experience working on cross-border matters
