The position offers responsibility for originating and supervising complex transactions and regulatory work, mentoring junior lawyers, and collaborating with a national finance and securities team across offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in securities and finance transactions and regulatory matters
• Experience with investment management matters preferred
• Strong business development, client management and team leadership skills
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Washington, D.C.
