Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy tax practice in New York. The role involves advising energy-sector clients on sophisticated tax planning, transactional and regulatory tax matters, and supervising a team of tax lawyers.

Ideal for a market-facing partner who will combine technical tax expertise with business development to expand the practice and service a diverse energy client base.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level tax experience, ideally with a focus on energy or infrastructure matters
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Admission to practice in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction
