Senior tax partner opportunity to lead and grow an energy-focused tax practice in the firm's San Francisco office. The role will advise clients across energy transactions, tax structuring and regulatory tax issues, working closely with multidisciplinary deal and regulatory teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, developing business, supervising associates and collaborating with national and international colleagues. A portable practice or established client relationships in the energy sector are welcomed.

Proven partner-level experience in tax with a focus on energy or related industries
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading teams
Strong technical tax skills in transaction structuring, tax planning and regulatory matters
Excellent communication and business development abilities
