Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Wilmington tax and estate planning team. The role will focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and closely held businesses on sophisticated tax, estate and succession issues.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead a collaborative team, work on complex planning matters, and support relationship development across the region. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national reach while based in Wilmington.

Established partner-level tax and estate planning experience.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Strong technical tax knowledge and experience with wealth transfer, estate administration and succession planning.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission.
