Partner — Tax — Wilmington

Established national law firm seeks a senior tax partner to lead and grow its Tax practice from the Wilmington office. The role focuses on originating and managing client relationships, advising on complex tax matters, and coordinating cross-practice opportunities.

The partner will supervise and develop a team of tax attorneys and staff, work closely with transactional and litigation colleagues, and play a visible role in business development and client retention efforts.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of originating and maintaining tax client relationships and referral networks
• Significant senior-level experience in tax law with practice leadership or rainmaking responsibilities
• Strong collaborative skills to work across transactional, litigation, and corporate teams
