Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its tax practice in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role is client-facing and focused on advising corporations and high-net-worth individuals on federal, state and local tax matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior role within the local tax team, developing business, supervising associates and working closely with other practice groups. A portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is welcome.

Law degree (JD) and active Florida bar admission (or eligibility)
Proven partner-level tax practice, including significant experience in federal and state tax matters
Strong client development and relationship management skills; portable matters or demonstrable origination track record preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and working cross-practice on client matters
