Established national law firm seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Anchorage tax and litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on federal and state tax disputes, controversy, and related litigation matters.

This is a rainmaking partner position; candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable origination ability will be prioritized. The team supports complex tax controversy matters for corporate and individual clients and offers firm resources across the U.S.

Admitted to practice in Alaska (or able to obtain admission)
Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy, tax litigation, or related dispute work
Track record of client origination or an existing portable practice
Strong courtroom, briefing, and negotiation skills; ability to collaborate with national practice teams
