Opportunity for a partner to join a national US law firm’s Dallas office, leading a tax controversy and litigation practice. The role combines courtroom and transactional tax work, advising clients on disputes and contested matters across state and federal forums.

The firm seeks an experienced litigating tax partner who will manage cases, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in tax litigation and controversy, with trial and appellate exposure
Admission to the appropriate state bar (or ability to obtain) and solid courtroom experience
Proven client-management and business-development skills; portable book of business preferred
Ability to supervise associates and collaborate with corporate and regulatory teams
