Partner — Tax & Litigation, Omaha

An established national law firm is seeking a partner to lead and grow its tax and tax litigation practice from the Omaha office. The role combines hands-on litigation work with client development and practice leadership.

The partner will handle complex federal and state tax controversies, represent clients in trial and administrative proceedings, and mentor associates. The position requires a business-facing lawyer who can both manage matters and expand client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience handling tax controversy and tax litigation matters (federal and state)
• Proven trial and administrative hearing experience
• Strong client development skills and experience managing teams of associates and staff
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it
