Senior tax-litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national law firm seeking a lawyer to lead and grow a cross-practice tax and litigation practice from its Raleigh office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on tax disputes, controversy and related litigation matters.

This role requires a hands-on leader who will supervise junior lawyers, develop client relationships and collaborate with colleagues across practice groups. The team handles contentious tax matters and provides strategic tax advice tied to litigation risk.

Proven tax litigation experience at partner or senior counsel level
Experience managing and mentoring associates and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in North Carolina
Track record of business development; portable client relationships welcomed
