Established national law firm is hiring a partner to strengthen its Tax and Litigation capabilities in the Seattle office. The role will lead complex tax controversy and litigation matters, advise on transactional tax issues, and manage a team of fee-earners across disputes and planning work.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role in growing the practice locally and nationally, working with cross-practice teams and supervising associates. The firm welcomes candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable origination ability.

Proven partner-level experience in tax controversy, litigation and transactional tax work
Licensed to practice in Washington (or eligible for admission); strong courtroom/ADR experience preferred
Demonstrable client development and book-of-business growth skills or clear origination pipeline
Track record of mentoring and managing teams; excellent communication and business development ability
